YZR-M1 ‘Punto Evo’ The Fiat Yamaha Team has yesterday unveiled a one-off Estoril livery, which both Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo will carry throughout the Portuguese Grand Prix weekend. The livery is designed by Centro Stile Fiat and Aldo Drudi to celebrate Fiat’s latest new model, the Fiat Punto Evo, which is the latest evolution of the popular Grande Punto.

Legendary Scottish group Simple Minds and one of Australia's greatest rock bands, Powderfinger, are to perform special concerts in Melbourne's Albert Park during March's Australian Grand Prix weekend. In 2009, Kamui Kobayashi changed his destiny when he was drafted in for two Grands Prix to replace an injured Timo Glock at Toyota. Mercedes GP confirmed on Thursday that Nick Heidfeld is to join the team as their reserve and test driver for the 2010 Formula One season. Heidfeld, who raced for BMW Sauber from 2006-09, joins fellow Germans Michael Schumacher and Nico Rosberg in the squad's line-up.
