The American Le Mans Series Winter Test at Sebring International Raceway
has ended with the French team’s debut on the 3.7-mile road course rated
as a success. The No. 07 Equipe Peugeot Total was the fastest overall
during the three days of testing.
Stephane Sarrazin laid down a lap of 1:42.801 (129.571mph) on Tuesday
morning in the LM P1 Peugeot 908 HDi FAP. Sarazzin’s fast lap was faster
than the pole winning qualifying time for the 2007 Twelve Hours of
Sebring.
